Thoughts of cooler weather make me want to paint with cooler colors. I will admit, Fall and Winter are my favorite seasons and during those months I tend to paint with moody colors. Though we aren’t quite there yet, it’s nice to paint with cool colors like this new release from the Lisa Marie Holmes Collection, Sacred Sage.
This color is no doubt very European that reminds me of a trip to France I took when I was in high school. It evokes memories of castle ruins with apothecary gardens covered in green and grey foliage. I’m also loving all the projects Im finding on Instagram using the #FusionXLMH hashtag. Are you following it yet?
I had the privilege to be one of the very first bloggers to see and use the colors prior to the release and I can confirm that these colors are absolutely stunning and a MUST HAVE for any furniture painter out there.
P.S. This blog post is going to be short because I’m going to send you over to the Fusion Blog for the full set of process details and photos. I just wanted to give you a snippet of the before and after with a list of supplies I used.
